Here is a question: What should our breakfast, lunch and dinners look like. If no bread, oats or morning cereals then what should we consider as a healthy breakfast.
What should we eat for breakfast? It seems to be the hardest meal to think about.
1. First, don’t think about your breakfast in the traditional way like cereals, yogurt, fruits, grains …, think outside of the box, literally.
2. Second, Each meal, each snack should include all macronutrients – healthy fats, fiber and clean protein.
3. Third, Make it a habit - Do not eat any sweets in the morning or high carbs meals, even if it contains good and complex carbs.
You need an eating plan specifically designed to maximize your body functions. That’s when things really begin to change!
