June 03, 2017 Chocolate Truffles June 03, 2017/ Lucy Piper Chocolate Truffles 1-1/2 cup coconut butter (“Artisina” brand the best)¼ cup raw cocoa powderPinch of sea saltA few drops of vanilla1/2 tsp. cinnamonStevia (optional)Protein powder (optional)1. Start with the coconut butter (if it's hardened, simply use clean hands or a spoon to soften it, or gently heat it very briefly on the stove).2. Add raw cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, cinnamon. 3. Use your imagination and add what you like – maca, protein powder, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut, chopped nuts, cocoa nibs, etc.)4. Mix well all ingredients5. Scoop it into the ice cube trays or roll in balls and then rolls these in more chopped nuts or coconut or cocoa powder.6. Freeze for an hour or until candies are hardened.7. Keep at room temperature.
