How you can reduce the sugar in your morning smoothies?

Here is my all-time favorite combination:

1 cup milk (almond or coconut, see recipe below) or/and water

¼ cup of almonds or 1-2 Tbs. almonds butter

3/4 cup berries, frozen

2 inch banana, frozen

2 cup shredded red cabbage, fresh or frozen

¼ tsp. vanilla extra

½ tsp. orange zest or some frozen/fresh orange peel 

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth.
