August 13, 2017/ Lucy Piper Here is my all-time favorite combination:1 cup milk (almond or coconut, see recipe below) or/and water¼ cup of almonds or 1-2 Tbs. almonds butter3/4 cup berries, frozen2 inch banana, frozen2 cup shredded red cabbage, fresh or frozen¼ tsp. vanilla extra½ tsp. orange zest or some frozen/fresh orange peel Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth.
